You will work closely with the Centre Director to uphold compliance and quality standards, drive continuous improvement through reflective practice and innovation, and champion the health, safety, and wellbeing of children in a nurturing environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development, planning, and delivery of holistic learning programs
  • Mentoring and coaching educators to achieve excellence in early childhood practice
  • Working collaboratively with the Centre Director to ensure compliance and quality standards
  • Driving continuous improvement through reflective practice and innovation
  • Championing the health, safety, and wellbeing of children in a nurturing environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education
  • Proven experience as an Educational Leader or strong interest in stepping into the role
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
  • Child Protection training/certificate
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
