Senior Educator Opportunity

This role involves leading a classroom and implementing an educational program that is inclusive and responsive to the needs of all children. As a senior educator, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment and collaborating with colleagues to improve educational programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members.
  • Lead a classroom effectively, engaging with educators, families, and children to implement the educational program.
  • Utilize and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide to deliver high-quality education programs and practice in collaboration with the Education Leader.
  • Comply with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart Policies, Procedures, and Requirements.
  • Positively contribute to delivering the Centre and business plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Senior Educator – Diploma of Early Childhood Education.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.
  • Seek and share best practice examples to improve the education program.
