Technology Compliance and Governance Manager

Jetstar is seeking a highly skilled Technology Compliance and Governance Manager to join our Technology Risk and Compliance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of our Technology Compliance Frameworks, which protect customer and employee data, maintain cyber posture, and ensure technology resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track adherence to IT change management processes and frameworks through structured governance processes.
- Work closely with the technology risk and resilience team to lead the technology compliance objectives of Jetstar's business units.
- Provide key support during initial investigation in event of a privacy or cyber related incident.
- Manage and monitor technology risk and resilience activities for business units and service partners.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders across Jetstar and the Qantas Group to maintain quality and efficiency within the risk management programs.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, IT or relevant on-the-job experience.
- Extensive experience in leading BAU compliance monitoring and management activities to achieve business outcomes.
- Demonstrated strong compliance mindset, commitment to business improvement and risk management.
- Experience working in cross-functional risk and compliance programs and activities involving multiple and diverse business teams and stakeholders.
- Strong people leadership skills, managing and supporting team performance and growth.
- Demonstrated ability to build constructive and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to interact effectively through formal and informal networks.
