About the Location
The Murray region offers a unique blend of affordability and lifestyle possibilities, complemented by a thriving job market, top-notch educational institutions, and excellent healthcare facilities.
We are looking for a caring and personable Registered Nurse to join our team on a permanent basis for our comprehensive and modern Radiology practices located within the Albury Region.
About the Role
As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for providing care for patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional radiological procedures, including injections.
You will also provide pre, peri, and post-examination care for patients undergoing General X-ray, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, and Ultrasound examinations and interventional procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing care for patients during diagnostic and interventional radiological procedures
- Managing the drugs and poisons process under medical direction
- Working collaboratively with Administration, Clinical, and Medical teams to coordinate patient care
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Full AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- ALS or BLS qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills to show patients care, compassion, and empathy
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Computer system and process skills
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development
Estimated Salary Range
$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
