  • Experience as a support worker, SLSO, OOSH Educator/2IC, or engagement with school-aged children
  • Outstanding skills in communication with families and the community
  • Demonstrated commitment to work health and safety


Job Description:

As Second in Charge, you will be responsible for ensuring the service complies with our policies and procedures, as well as the National Quality Framework and Child Protection Legislation.

You will work closely with your Director to create a respectful and long-lasting relationships with parents and carers, as well as your fellow educators. You will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of children and families, while also enjoying a supportive and safe workplace culture.

This is a permanent opportunity to work during Before and After School Care as well as Vacation Care, Monday to Friday (32.5 hours per week). You will be part of a dynamic team that prioritises the needs of children and families.
