We are seeking a dedicated and experienced teacher to join our school community as a Classroom Teacher. This is a permanent full-time role that will commence in the new year.

About the Role">

The successful applicant will be responsible for creating and maintaining a supportive learning environment based on Positive Behaviour for Learning principles, planning and implementing effective teaching and learning strategies across all Key Learning Areas, and analysing data to inform student learning.

  • Create and maintain an orderly, safe, and supportive learning environment based on Positive Behaviour for Learning principles.
  • Plan and implement effective teaching and learning across all Key Learning Areas.
  • Apply knowledge of diverse student needs to support their full participation in learning.
  • Implement effective teaching strategies in Literacy and Numeracy.
  • Analyse data to inform student learning.
  • Engage professionally with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.

  • Deep understanding and commitment to the mission and purpose of Catholic Schools within the broader Catholic Church.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Appropriate qualifications for teaching Primary K6.
  • Accredited Level D to teach Religious Education or a commitment to gain this level within five years.
  • NESA accreditation to teach in NSW.
