Support Worker for Complex Care

**Disability Support Worker Opportunity**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team at Frontline Human Resources. This role is focused on providing high-quality care to an individual with a spinal cord injury (SCI) in Boambee East, NSW.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, including bowel therapy and catheter care, personal care, skin checks, manual handling/hoisting, health and rehabilitation exercises, domestic tasks, and community access.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional care and support to our participant, focusing on their physical and emotional well-being.
- Assist with all aspects of daily life, including personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Participate in health and rehabilitation exercises to promote the participant's independence and mobility.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
**Requirements:**
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working with individuals with spinal cord injuries or similar conditions.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current National Police Clearance, First Aid & CPR Certificate, and Australian Driver Licence.
- NDIS Supporting Effective Communication Module, NDIS Worker Orientation Module, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Manual Handling Certificate and current WWCC.
**Salary:** $40-$72 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. The hourly rate includes premium pay rates for afternoon and weekend shifts.
