Program Leader

As a program leader in our Outside School Hours Care service, you will be responsible for delivering and overseeing programs for children aged 5-12 years in Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care.
This role requires building strong relationships with the school community and parents to ensure a high-quality OSHC and Vacation Care experience.
The ideal candidate will have qualifications or significant experience in working in outside school hours care, skills and experience in team leadership, and knowledge of legislation and regulations relevant to Outside School Hours Care.
Key responsibilities include regular program evaluation, staff management, and advising families on their child's needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
- Significant experience in outside school hours care.
- Skills and experience in team leadership.
- Knowledge of legislation and regulations relevant to Outside School Hours Care.
