Key responsibilities include overseeing programs, leading staff, and ensuring the provision of high-quality services. Regular evaluation is necessary to cater to the interests and needs of school-age children.

  • Leading teams in the delivery of OSHC and Vacation Care services
  • Evaluating programs to ensure they meet the requirements of children and parents
  • Providing advice to families on program policies and procedures when required
  • Maintaining efficient day-to-day operations and administrative tasks

This role requires a team player with experience in working in outside school hours care, possessing skills in leadership and administration. The successful candidate will also hold relevant qualifications and certifications.

  • Qualifications in outside school hours care or significant experience in the field
  • Leadership skills and experience in managing teams
  • Completion of the 'Identify & Respond to Children and Young People at Risk' certificate
  • Familiarity with legislation and regulations related to Outside School Hours Care
  • Current First Aid certification/CPR certification/Asthma and Anaphylaxis
