**Project Coordinator Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Project Coordinator to join our team.

  • Support the development of project plans, proposals, and contract delivery in accordance with client requirements.
  • Assist with the coordination and supervision of UXO field operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Monitor budgets and support financial reporting to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project delivery.
  • Contribute to accurate documentation, reporting, and risk management strategies.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 1–2 years' experience in project administration or a related role (UXO, environmental, or technical fields highly regarded).
  • Exposure to field operations or Australian Defence Force (ADF) contracts desirable.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A sound understanding of budget management and reporting fundamentals.
