Ecommerce Operations Professional

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic professional to support our dynamic operations department, including roles across our online shop and retail store.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email; experience with ecommerce platforms is desirable.
- Support product creation and marketing efforts through content management, photography, videography, and content creation across social media channels.
- Understanding of product content management (images, descriptions, SEO basics).
- Experience as an administrative assistant with strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Confident using Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with social media tools and ecommerce platforms preferred.
