Lead Client Partner

The Role of a Client Director is to establish strategic partnerships with clients by immersing the team in their business and expanding their horizons. This involves unlocking potential solutions that live outside of pure media and driving towards the company vision.As a Client Director, you will have a deep understanding of your client's business challenges, which go beyond just media and advertising. You will work closely with the client team to develop business solutions that drive the client's business forward and offer commercial opportunities for the organization.Key Responsibilities
- Builds relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrates commercial acumen by identifying revenue-driving opportunities.
- Develops long-term meaningful relationships with clients, rather than transactional ones.
- Promotes a culture of collaboration and teamwork within the organization.
- Proactively provides ideas and solutions to clients without being asked.
- Fosters a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and promotes growth.
- Manages project workflow and ensures timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
- Develops and implements effective strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Cultivates strong communication skills to navigate complex situations and multiple viewpoints.
