- ASIC RG146 Tier 1 (Insurance Broking) qualification or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in general/commercial insurance
- Strong product knowledge across key lines, including Home & Landlords, Private & Commercial Motor, Business Pack, and SME insurance lines
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- Experience with INSIGHT, Steadfast, and Officetech software (preferred)
- Work from a great location in our Mooloolaba office

- Supporting senior brokers on complex accounts, such as major ISR, Liability, and Professional Indemnity placements
- Engaging with insurers in Australia and overseas to secure the best value for our clients
- Managing claims and negotiating with insurers to ensure favourable outcomes
