**Client Relationship Manager**

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We're recruiting for a dynamic full-time Client Relationship role in the insurance broking industry, based in the beautiful Sunshine Coast, QLD. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking organization that challenges the status quo and values your contributions.

**The Opportunity?**

It offers a competitive salary of $75,000 per year, which includes super, along with a commission structure that adds to your earnings every week.

They provide comprehensive training, making it a great opportunity for those starting out.

The company provides an amazingly vibrant and casual working environment, with operating hours from Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 5 pm.

**The Role**
- Assisting clients and brokers with tasks related to insurance policies
- Managing payments and facilitating cancellations
- Addressing general inquiries to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Working closely with a diverse portfolio of insurers and clients
- Encountering unique challenges that keep you engaged and motivated
- Every day, you will be gaining valuable skills and providing enriching experiences.

**What Will Make You A Great Fit**
- Minimum of 3 years of administration and/or insurance experience
- Individuals with relevant transferable skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Keen focus on providing exceptional high-level customer service
- A team player with an open mind to learn and grow
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
