Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the network and operations team to drive the development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-wide architecture and projects.
  • Deliver strategic plans for the network and operations function through identifying and responding to new and emerging strategic issues impacting the operational environment.
  • Ensure maintenance, monitoring, and reporting on the overall networking environment.
  • Oversee the Service Desk function, taking responsibility for delivering efficient and effective support services to the business.
  • Collaborate with vendors to identify opportunities for improvement, leveraging technology to enhance ways of working across networks and telecommunications.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading teams of network and telephony engineers, with a minimum of 4 years.
  • Knowledge of large-scale network architecture and expertise in Cisco, Citrix, Juniper, and Azure technologies.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with and influence various stakeholders to achieve mutual understanding and agreed outcomes.
  • Able to maintain strong business relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
