Digital Care Advisor- felix
The Digital Care Advisor plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer support via digital channels.
Our ideal candidate is a proactive, solution-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer enquiries through live chat, email, social media, and voice mail follow-up in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a friendly and approachable tone in written communication while ensuring excellent spelling and grammar.
- Focus on providing an exceptional customer experience through quality assurance, customer service surveys, first contact resolution rate, and customer-focused KPIs.
- A customer-centric mindset with a go-getter attitude.
- 12 months+ working in a Customer Service environment (preferred).
- Advanced understanding of PC applications (preferred).
- Experience using web-based CRM systems (e.g. Freshworks, Salesforce, Zendesk) (preferred).
- Flexible hybrid way of working from home and office.
