Cloud Support Team Lead

We are seeking a Cloud Support Team Lead to join our highly successful Professional Services Team.

As a key member of our team, you will work within the support desk and cloud services team to assist with the delivery of key infrastructure projects. This includes working with business information systems (BIS) and other functional areas to investigate and respond to infrastructure and security incidents relating to cloud and on-prem systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining availability of internal and external IT systems and ensuring systems are regularly reviewed in accordance with established policies and processes.
  • Ensuring continuity of business continuity planning (BCP) and disaster recovery (DR) services in line with existing service levels.
  • Automation of business-as-usual (BAU) and delivery tasks to increase team and system efficiencies.
  • Raising awareness of information security issues with system owners and users.
  • Escalating tier-3 incidents with vendors and partners.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in cloud migration projects involving Microsoft Intune.
  • Experience with web application firewall (WAF) or other firewall technologies.
  • Experience with Amazon AWS/Azure and Office 365 security controls, policies, and best practices.
  • Experience with Dynamics CRM and AX administration.
  • Experience in supporting a virtualized Microsoft environment, including server (Microsoft Server, Exchange, Hyper-V etc.).
  • Experience in supporting network and firewall infrastructure (Cisco, HP ProCurve, Fortinet etc.).
  • Experience in supporting cloud infrastructure implementations (e.g., AWS/Azure/Office 365).
  • Working knowledge of infrastructure as code and exposure to continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
