Requirements:

  • Nurse qualified with a live NMC Pin.
  • A minimum of 3 years proven management experience in a 50+ bed nursing home for the elderly.
  • NVQ Level 4/5 in Leadership & Management.
  • Established leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of CQC and local authority requirements.
  • Strong commercial awareness with P&L accountability.
  • Satisfactory DBS Check and employment references.
