Key Security and Brand Ambassador Role

We are seeking to hire two Part Time Security and Brand Ambassadors to join our team.

Job Description:

As a visible deterrent, you will monitor CCTV and security systems to ensure store safety. You will respond to incidents calmly and professionally, supporting loss prevention strategies and investigations. You will collaborate with store teams to manage crowd control and enforce policies, while providing exceptional customer service.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and professionally, offering assistance and directing them to appropriate team members
  • Represent the brand with poise, professionalism, and product knowledge
  • Support crowd control during peak periods and promotional events

Requirements:

  • Hold a current Security License and First-aid Certificate
  • Have experience relative to loss prevention, security, and customer service
  • Hold a Certificate II in Security Operations
