Medical Service Leader

We are seeking a senior medical leader to join our healthcare team. As the Director of Urgent Care, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care at our minor injury and illness centres.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement urgent care services that meet community needs and align with our health service's strategic priorities.
- Provide expert clinical leadership, including participation in after-hours and weekend rosters.
- Drive service improvement, clinical governance, and evidence-based research to enhance patient outcomes.
As an experienced medical leader, you will possess excellent clinical care, education, and collaborative leadership skills. You will thrive in complex healthcare environments and be committed to delivering safe and effective patient-centred services.
- Demonstrated high-level leadership and decision-making skills within a clinical setting.
- Proven ability to foster safe, high-quality, patient-focused care through clinical governance and continuous improvement.
