Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Service Expert to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about streetwear and sneaker culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers have an unforgettable shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Process large volumes of stock, including picking and packing orders.
  • Maintain in-store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A retail background is preferred but not essential.
  • A commitment to delivering excellent customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
  • A genuine passion for streetwear and sneaker culture.
  • The ability to work well in a fast-paced and energetic team environment.
  • Self-motivation and a willingness to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to listen and use feedback constructively.
