Job Description

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity to assist with ramping up industrial maintenance processes. In this role, you will play a key part in improving asset reliability, reducing unplanned downtime, and delivering capital projects and improvements across our operations.

  • Develop and Improve Preventative Maintenance Systems
  • Create, Document, and Continuously Improve Preventative Maintenance Tasks
  • Support the Maintenance Planner to Develop and Roll Out Weekly Maintenance Schedule
  • Lead and Deliver Capital Projects
  • Collaborate with Maintenance, Production, and Engineering Teams
  • Develop and Monitor Maintenance KPIs
  • Provide Training and Guidance to the Maintenance Team

Requirements

You will have demonstrated and/or acquired the following knowledge and experience:

  • Degree or Trade Qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Strong Background in Maintenance Engineering, Reliability, or Project Delivery
  • Experience Implementing or Managing a CMMS
  • Knowledge and Application of Preventative and Predictive Maintenance Principles
  • Proven Ability to Scope, Plan, and Manage Capital Projects
  • Excellent Analytical, Planning, and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Strong Communication and Leadership Skills
  • Passion for Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence
