Job Title: Maintenance Fitter

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Performing preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment.
  • Conducting regular inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Staying up-to-date with manufacturer's instructions and recommendations for maintenance and repair.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with others.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid tickets for confined spaces, EWP, and forklift operation (highly desirable).
