Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Operations Scheduler, responsible for developing and managing short-term integrated maintenance schedules.

This is a fixed-term opportunity, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and transparency. The ideal candidate will have strong planning and scheduling skills, proficiency in SAP PM and Primavera, and experience in the oil and gas industry.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain short-term maintenance schedules and capacity plans.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Shutdown, Campaign Maintenance, Projects, HSE, and Subsea teams.
  • Finalise and lock in the integrated facility schedule.
  • Prioritise work execution to minimise HSE and production risks.
  • Drive continuous improvement through effective use of SAP Master Data, task lists, and planning tools.
  • Maintain high data quality standards throughout the planning and scheduling process.

Requirements

  • Trade qualification or engineering diploma in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Electrical disciplines.
  • Strong background in planning or scheduling within the oil and gas industry.
  • Proficient in SAP PM, Primavera, and other scheduling tools.
  • Solid understanding of maintenance management systems and planning processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
  • Ability to provide SAP technical support to stakeholders.
