About the Role

We are seeking experienced professionals to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities in our community-based services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing individual personal care services such as bathing, dressing and grooming
  • Supporting clients to achieve their goals through direct and group based activities
  • Assisting in developing, reviewing and updating client support plans
  • Performing domestic duties such as cleaning, shopping and meal preparation
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience and knowledge in the Disability sector
  • Certificate III Individual Support or Certificate IV Disability or equivalent qualification
  • Awareness of and respect for the rights and choices of clients and their families
  • A person-centred approach to providing care and services
