Urban and Rural Dental Program

This graduate program is a unique opportunity to launch your career in dentistry, combining the scale and variety of a metropolitan dental hospital with the rewarding community impact of rural dentistry.

Job Description:
- Experience unique rotations in oral surgery and primary care, including working closely with residents, registrars, and consultants, observing and assisting in complex surgical cases, and managing diverse and complex cases unique to regional settings.
- Participate in Smile Squad programs and community dental initiatives, developing resilience and independence while always having support nearby.
- Work as part of a close-knit rural dental team, including oral health therapists, treating patients in day surgery units with direct support from senior dentists.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Recent graduate with a Doctor of Dental Surgery, Bachelor of Dental Science, or Bachelor of Dental Surgery (or equivalent)
- Current, unrestricted registration (by commencement date)
- Team players with strong communication and people skills
- Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to both city and regional communities
