Plant & Equipment Trainer

Seeking a experienced and motivated individual to fill the role of Plant & Equipment Trainer. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering training and assessment programs to support internal plant operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plant operations and training, with experience in operating and assessing various types of equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure operators are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to safely operate and maintain plant and equipment.
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate the competence of operators in operating and maintaining plant and equipment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop programs to meet those needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of training and assessment activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent.
  • Strong industry experience in plant operations and training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Current qualifications in plant operations (e.g., RII Certificate III).
