Operate Heavy Machinery

We are seeking a skilled Plant Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and proficient operation of mobile and fixed plant equipment at our site.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Operating front-end loader and other quarry mobile plant as required
  • Operating the crushing plant
  • Maintaining basic maintenance and plant housekeeping
  • Participating in problem solving and continuous improvement activities
  • Participating in safety initiatives, including pre-starts, toolboxes and incident reporting

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in mobile plant operation (Front End loader desirable but not essential)
  • An HR truck licence is advantageous but not essential
  • Quarry experience is highly regarded but not essential
  • A strong commitment to safety and quality
  • The ability to work effectively within a team with minimal supervision
  • Availability to work Monday to Saturday
