Job Description

As an Office Administrator, you will provide high-quality administrative support to our healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless communication with patients and families. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing enquiries and visitor interactions
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Taking payments over the phone and in person, maintaining accurate records and handling sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Entering data accurately into practice management software, contributing to the smooth operation of our clinic

You will also be responsible for ordering stock and supplies as required, ensuring that our facilities remain well-equipped to meet the needs of our patients.
