Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Analyst to join our Japanese Corporate & Investment Banking (JCIB) Department. As an Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting JCIB strategy planning and implementation, as well as providing analytical support to the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support JCIB strategy planning and implementation, including business analysis and data reporting
  • Assist with business tasks, including presentation preparation and documentation
  • Facilitate communication across the team, including management of content and flow of information
  • Develop solutions to business problems and identify opportunities for growth
  • Provide analytical support to the team, including data extraction and analysis
  • Liaise with regional partners and external stakeholders as a primary contact
  • Perform other administrative duties as requested by management

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in business management in Corporate Finance or Chartered Accounting environment
  • Sound analytical skills, including data extraction, analysis, and presentation
  • Good communication skills to report financial condition using clear and precise descriptions
  • Strong negotiation and coordination skills
  • Strategic thinking and insights, interpersonal skills to identify issues and propose solutions
  • MS Office experience with key capabilities in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills with ability to influence others
  • Fluent Japanese speaker (desirable)
