About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to join our high-performing team. In this exciting role, you'll be the driving force behind the maintenance and optimisation of our facilities ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Building Relationships: Establishing strong, positive relationships with stakeholders across the business.
  • Maintenance and Audits: Conducting regular inspections and audits of our business centres, logging any defects using our software.
  • Initiative Delivery: Supporting the launch and delivery of new initiatives that maximise the return on our facilities investment.
  • Safety Compliance: Monitoring scheduled maintenance activities to ensure we meet regulatory compliance and keep our people and workplaces safe.
  • Contractor Management: Coordinating contractors for essential repairs and services, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Minimising unscheduled breakdowns by ensuring proactive maintenance of equipment and plant operations.
  • Performance Oversight: Overseeing contractor performance to ensure work is completed on time, on spec, and to a high standard.
  • System Management: Managing and maintaining our Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for all facilities-related activities.
  • Performance Improvement: Providing feedback and solutions to help us exceed key performance targets in the Facilities team.

About You:

  • A successful teammate will have experience in facilities, property, or maintenance coordination roles.
  • You should have solid knowledge of workplace health and safety (WHS) practices and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • You need strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Ability to manage competing demands.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite of products.
  • Trades based background preferable.
