As an experienced Trainer/Assessor, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping training programs and delivering nationally accredited security courses at a major new transport hub.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in aviation security, with 3-5+ years of experience in a related field. You will be responsible for delivering and assessing Certificate II in Transport Security Protection, site familiarity and Induction training, as well as tracking student progression and providing guidance throughout the learning journey.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and engage with a wide range of stakeholders. A TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or willingness to obtain) is highly desirable, as is experience using online LMS platforms.
