The Role

As a Venue Manager, you will be the driving force behind our success. You will lead a diverse team of professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences, while maintaining safe and efficient operations.

Your role will be hands-on and people-focused, from greeting families at the door to supporting your team in every corner of the venue. You will balance multiple priorities with ease, ensuring seamless delivery of premium service and play-based learning outcomes.

  • Lead a team of 40+ staff across various departments.
  • Ensure world-class guest experiences through meticulous attention to detail.
  • Maintain safe, clean, and efficient operations that align with our Play & Learning Framework.
  • Drive staff development, training, and progression pathways.
  • Collaborate with leadership on events, activations, and partnerships.
  • Be present and visible on the floor, especially during peak trading times.
About You

We seek a leader who thrives on energy, fun, and purpose. You should have a passion for creating joy for families and building strong teams. Proven experience managing large teams in hospitality, attractions, or early learning is essential.

Strong operational know-how and a genuine passion for delivering premium experiences are must-haves. You appreciate food, coffee, and play, and are ready to work weekends and school holidays.
