Job Title: Technician Level 2

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate audio visual equipment proficiently;
  • Experience with Hybrid and Virtual events is highly beneficial;
  • Camera Operator skills are advantageous;
  • Provide excellent customer service skills;
  • Strong lighting abilities, knowledge of GrandMA, Advanced seamless switching experience, Camera Setup, video and data networking, LED Wall setup and programming are essential;
  • Ability to work under pressure; and
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Audio Visual equipment operation;
  • Proficiency in AV software and hardware;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment;
  • Valid driver's license;
  • First Aid and CPR certification (an advantage).
