Job Title: Software and ERP Analyst/Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Software and ERP Analyst/Consultant to join our team at Portcities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing customer requirements, providing customers with the best solutions to their problems, and coordinating technical documentation and software architecture to develop software solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze customer requirements to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide customers with the best solutions to their problems, taking into account their business goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate technical documentation and oversee the software architecture to develop software solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Follow up on the implementation progress with our team of offshore developers to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Determine and oversee consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion.
  • Track milestones, deliverables, and change requests to ensure project profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Maximize project profitability by identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Provide customers with functional assistance and training to ensure they can effectively use the software solutions.
  • Possibility of traveling to clients' offices in the APAC region to provide on-site support and training.
Requirements:
  • 0-6 years of relevant experience in IT business consulting.
  • French nationality.
  • Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, or Management.
  • Proven experience as an Analyst/Consultant in the IT business consulting industry.
  • Knowledge of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
  • Customer and business-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
  • Optional but not required: Prior knowledge of Odoo, PMP Certification, and KPIs such as Net Promoter Score and Gross Margin.
