Job Summary:

Port Cities is seeking a highly skilled Software & ERP Analyst / Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing customer requirements, providing solutions to their problems, and overseeing the implementation of software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze customer requirements to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide customers with the best solutions to their problems, taking into account their business goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate technical documentation and oversee the software architecture put in place to develop software solutions.
  • Follow up on the implementation progress with our team of offshore developers, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Determine and oversee consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion.
  • Track milestones, deliverables, and change requests to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Maximize project profitability by identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
  • Provide customers with functional assistance and training to ensure that they are able to get the most out of our software solutions.
  • Travel to clients' offices in the APAC region to provide on-site support and training.

Requirements:

  • 0-6 years of relevant experience in the IT business consulting industry.
  • French nationality.
  • Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, or Management.
  • Proven experience as an Analyst / Consultant in the IT business consulting industry.
  • Knowledge of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
  • Customer and business-oriented.
  • At least an Engineering degree, Master's degree, or equivalent.
  • Passion for IT and motivation to learn new skills.
  • Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
  • Optional but not required: prior knowledge of Odoo and PMP certification.
