Job Overview

This is a full-time opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to provide excellent customer service and support sales representatives with their day-to-day duties.

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar capacity or strong retail sales experience, intermediate computer skills, and the ability to work well under pressure and prioritize workload.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support to sales representatives with their daily tasks and activities
  • Confirm orders with customers and arrange delivery of goods
  • Liaise with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of stock
  • Maintain accurate records of open orders and communicate with customers and sales representatives regarding order status
  • Actively maintain a strong product knowledge of goods being supplied
  • Maintain professional contact with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role or strong retail sales background
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
