System Reliability & Performance: Focus on developing robust, scalable, & secure Java applications that meet the stringent reliability & performance requirements of the aviation industry.
Implement monitoring & alerting systems to ensure operational stability.
Team Management & Develop: Recruit, mentor, & develop a high-performing team of soft engineers.
