Key Responsibilities
  • Report on breaking news and planned coverage for television, mobile, online and radio platforms.
  • Develop imaginative story ideas and treatments to provide unique content.
  • Maintain excellent editorial judgment and journalistic skills to handle a wide range of national stories.
  • Work collaboratively with the news desk to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Broadcast live in a fluent and coherent manner.
Requirements
  • First-class editorial judgement and journalistic experience.
  • Full driving license and passport required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of law and compliance issues affecting news media.
  • Demonstrable capacity for delivering original and exclusive news stories.
  • Ability to tell stories with clarity and imagination.
