Freelance Learning Consultant

Mindrift is a dynamic organization leveraging collective intelligence to shape the future of AI. We're looking for a Freelance Learning and Developmental Consultant to collaborate on our innovative Generative AI projects.

Our goal is to advance the field of artificial intelligence by working with domain experts on collaborative projects. The Mindrift platform offers a range of tasks, from creating training prompts for AI models to refining AI responses for better relevance.

This opportunity enables you to contribute to AI development remotely, with a flexible and community-focused approach.

About The Role

In this role, you will develop complex question-answer pairs and create scoring criteria to evaluate and grade the quality of responses. Your work will involve:

  • Creating prompts that challenge the AI and are likely to produce incorrect responses
  • Defining comprehensive scoring criteria for evaluating the correctness of the AI's answers
Requirements
  • You have a Master's degree or PhD in Pedagogy, Education, Pedagogical Design, Educational Technology, Educational Psychology, Teaching, Methodology, Tutoring, Human Resources
  • You have at least 3 years of proven teaching experience at schools & universities (as teachers, tutors, lecturers etc.) and/or experience in curriculum development, educational technology, etc.
  • You are familiar with different pedagogical frameworks, learner types, ability levels
  • Your level of English is proficient (C2)
  • You are able to create engaging content through a mix of personalization, motivation, gamification, etc.
  • You are ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines
