As our Group Head of Learning, you will be pivotal in developing and executing a strategic people development agenda across HPX Group.
Collaborating with a high-performing People team, your role is crucial in delivering a market-leading Learning & Development strategy.

Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include: Conducting a comprehensive review of current L&D programs and frameworks, consulting with Executives, Directors, and Partners to identify leadership capability gaps.
Designing and implementing training programs that demonstrably enhance leadership capabilities and foster a robust coaching culture within the company.
Creating and delivering high-ROI leadership development programs, drawing on your previous successful experiences.
Developing a comprehensive L&D Strategy for all employees, focusing particularly on Senior/Executive leadership programs.
Facilitating the development and delivery of high-quality learning content, tools, and programs, including blended training solutions.
Leading the enrollment and execution of compliance and professional development programs.
Managing relationships with business third-party providers and industry bodies.
Promoting L&D activities, crafting strategies to engage employees, and rigorously analysing the effectiveness of these programs.
Designing, developing, and delivering strategic, innovative, and practical learning interventions and solutions that address business needs in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the organisation remains at the forefront of learning and development strategies.
Exercising strong group facilitation and consultative skills to enhance collaborative learning environments.
Designing engaging and impactful learning offerings, such as workshops and seminars.
Building and maintaining excellent relationships with internal clients, ensuring a focus on superb client service.
Functioning well within a team in a fast-paced environment that demands creativity, energy, and excellence.
Applying a strong commercial orientation with a deep understanding of the business to enhance the relevance and impact of learning programs.
Embodying a growth mindset with a consistent focus on self-improvement and personal development.
About You As a curious and analytical thinker passionate about solving business challenges, you will thrive in our fast-paced and collaborative culture, where innovative thinking is encouraged and rewarded.
A strong background in Learning and Development, especially in organisations focused on growth, is highly regarded.
You will possess: Proven experience in developing and implementing L&D programs that have demonstrated a clear return on investment.
A pragmatic, driven, and professional approach with a strong focus on results.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders efficiently.
An adaptable working style, suited to a rapidly growing and ambitious business.
The creativity and courage to innovate and implement distinctive learning solutions.
