Clinical Specialist Medication Manager North West Hospital

We are seeking an experienced and skilled pharmacist to join our team at North West Hospital. As a clinical pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing specialized medication management in the dispensary and clinical services to hospital wards.
About the Role- This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated pharmacist to work in a collaborative and dynamic team environment.
- You will be responsible for ensuring medication safety and optimizing medication management, working closely with the hospital team to educate staff and counsel patients on medication usage.
- Provide best practice pharmacy services and exceptional patient-centered care.
- Cultivate a collaborative and positive teamwork culture that empowers everyone to excel.

- Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA.
- High level of computer literacy including systems knowledge of dispensing software.
- Experience in a hospital pharmacy setting is highly regarded but not essential.
