As an Employment Consultant with Sureway, you will be part of a dynamic team that makes a real difference in people's lives.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Employment Consultant. In this role, you will work closely with job seekers and local employers to connect them with suitable employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Case Management: Manage a caseload of job seekers and develop personalized employment plans to achieve their goals.
  • Employer Engagement: Build relationships with local employers to identify job opportunities and negotiate placements.
  • Compliance and Administration: Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with government regulations and company procedures.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs related to job placement and employer engagement.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, human resources, business) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of success in employment services, case management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Benefits

  • Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum depending on experience.
