About the Role

Care workers at KinCare are dedicated to providing exceptional support to the elderly in their homes. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced caregiver to join our team in Orange.

Responsibilities

  • Domestic Assistance: Cleaning the home of older people to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment
  • Assisting with meal preparation and shopping to promote independence
  • Providing social support and transportation to lifestyle activities, including shopping and appointments
  • Personal care, including assistance with medication management, mobility, and therapy goals
  • Offering respite and emotional support to promote overall well-being

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience in a similar role, including experience with personal care
  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and registered vehicle, with travel a part of the role
  • Ability to work independently and find solutions to everyday problems, with a willingness to ask for help when needed
  • Availability to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday
