Job Overview

As a Rehabilitation Counsellor or Provisional Psychologist, you will play a vital role in our team, working with clients to help them regain their independence and achieve their goals in life and work.

This is a full-time opportunity based in NSW, offering a truly flexible working arrangement that allows you to set your own schedule.

The ideal candidate will have qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling and be registered with ASORC. A current vehicle and driver's licence are also essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing, implementing, and monitoring programs to assist clients in returning to the workforce
  • Undertaking vocational assessments, initial needs assessments, and worksite assessments
  • Providing vocational counselling and intensive 1:1 support to empower clients to transition into employment
  • Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers and collaborating with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve outcomes appropriate for all parties
