At our centre, we provide high-quality early learning programs for children. Our professional team is dedicated to supporting the development of young minds.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced educator to join our team as a full-time Diploma trained Educator. This role involves delivering engaging educational programs using contemporary teaching theories and strategies aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS).

Our modern purpose-built centre has two rooms catering to children from 2 years. We work closely with our team to support them throughout all aspects of the service. Our centre is open between 7 am-6 pm, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for both children and staff.

About this Role

As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to plan, evaluate, and enhance learning outcomes for children. You will establish and maintain respectful partnerships with families to assess and support children's learning and wellbeing. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement educational programs
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and staff
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work culture

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
  • Good knowledge of EYLF and programming essential
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Updated First Aid Cert HLTAID004 & updated CPR preferable
