Job Overview
  • We seek an individual to join our team as a Casual Food Attendant in a dynamic environment that values customer satisfaction and team collaboration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests across all food and beverage outlets, ensuring seamless interactions and optimizing sales opportunities through product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Food & Beverage Department across all outlets, ensuring efficient setup and pack-down of conference rooms.
  • Deliver friendly, professional service to all guests, greeting and welcoming them with a smile.
  • Maximize sales opportunities by assisting with menu offerings and handling restaurant bookings.
Essential Requirements
  • A positive attitude and self-motivated personality, with excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • A demonstrated understanding of industry-related technology systems.
  • Current RSA & RCG certificate, highlighting your commitment to safety and compliance.
