Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with food assembly and presentation, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Keep the front-of-house area clean and well-stocked, ensuring a comfortable and inviting environment for customers.
  • Engage with customers to answer questions about our menu and offerings, providing expert knowledge and recommendations.
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately, using your basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve seamless communication between front-of-house and kitchen staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred, demonstrating your ability to provide top-notch service.
  • Strong communication skills, including verbal and written communication, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure, managing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Basic math skills and cash handling experience, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in financial transactions.
  • Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service, with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
  • Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean work area, upholding high standards of quality and presentation.
