Job Overview

A dedicated professional is sought to provide high-quality social work services to clients and patients.

The role involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver clinical social work interventions, ensuring best practice guidelines are adhered to. This includes conducting assessments, developing and implementing intervention plans, and evaluating their effectiveness.

Required Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, applicants must possess a relevant tertiary qualification in social work, hold eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in social work assessment, case management, and discharge planning is highly desirable.
