Nurse Care Specialist

Safeguarding patient care is at the forefront of our mission as a Registered Nurse. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to patients in the recovery area. Your role will involve collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide post-anaesthetic care to patients in a safe and efficient manner
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate patient care
- Advocate for the unique needs of all patients, including those from diverse backgrounds
- Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive healthcare environment
- A current registration as Registered Nurse – Division 1 with AHPRA
- Experience and clinical skill in acute care nursing
- Ability to prioritize tasks and provide person-centered care
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Commitment to continuous learning and flexible roster requirements
